The Prime Minister’s Future Scientist Prize
About the Prize

This Prize is for a secondary school student for their achievements in carrying out a practical and innovative research or technology project.

The Prime Minister’s Future Scientist Prize is a Scholarship of $50,000 to support the recipient’s tertiary education.                             

Selection for 2009

For 2009, students have been nominated from significant science and technology competitions and programmes run throughout New Zealand. Nominations have closed.

The process for nominating students for 2010 will be posted in March 2010
