A former recipient of the Prime Minister’s Science Prize, Distinguished Professor Paul Moughan from Massey University, will join a panel of international experts charged with finding ways to address the global problem of chronic malnourishment.

Professor Moughan and Professor Harjinder Singh were awarded the top Prime Minister’s Science Prize in 2012 for their food protein research, which has driven innovation and export earnings in New Zealand’s food and beverage industry.
